Michael Means conceptualized and organized the broad coalition of staff from businesses, colleges, and universities to provide cost efficient computer-based testing to five state pesticide regulatory agencies. Bringing over 30 years of experience as a professional in the pest management industry, Mr. Means serves on the Metro Institute Board of Directors and acts in the capacity of President and CEO of Metro Institute. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the testing operation and has extensive time invested in test development and administration. He is a member of the Association of Test Publishers (ATP).
Metro Institute (MI) is the current iCBT provider for the Arizona Department of Agriculture - Pest Management Division (PMD). We have delivered over 100,000 secure and successful testing sessions. MI has been providing testing services in Arizona since 2003. After our initial success in Arizona, MI was selected by 10 additional state agencies for iCBT exams:
